Head 2 Toe was founded by a speech pathologist with years in the field and a focus on providing services in the school setting. Bridget O’Brien not only holds Master’s degrees in Speech Pathology and Special Education, she is bilingual and a foster mother to a child with special needs. Bridget’s passion for finding creative ways to engage children is boundless; her skills at developmental assessment and treatment planning are extraordinary. Children respond to her immediately and fully. H2T employs only therapists who share Bridget’s passion for the work they do. This child-centered philosophy is the real and living heart of H2T.

H2T has staff and therapists who understand the challenges and frustrations of coordinating care for children with special needs. We want to help in any way possible to lighten your load and lessen the stress of scheduling multiple therapies for your child: in-home sessions in your child’s most familiar environment, or clinic sessions, where, for some children, multiple therapies can be scheduled consecutively.
