Gayle is very helpful, and really knows her stuff. However, she herself is incredibly difficult to understand. She speaks in short rapid bursts, mumbling and slurring her words together, she almost has a lisp, speaks very lightly and breathy. I found her very difficult to understand, and as a mother, not being able to understand what a healthcare professional is saying to you is concerning, to say the least. To be honest, Gayle needs speech therapy more than my three year old does! Having said that, I do wish to reiterate that she is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, professional, and courteous.
