My biggest issue with this Provider is the instructors high turn over ratio. As soon as my child starts getting comfortable with the staff, they leave for whatever reason they don’t stay long with this provider and that stalls the progress my child makes!! The majority of the new staff hired has little to no experience and I believe that they get very little training and support by higher management, they shadow another therapist twice at best before they are left alone to deal with the child and a lot of the times found themselves clueless on how to handle my child.
